Tasting Notes
Pours: Pale straw yellow with a clean, bright appearance.
Aroma: Gooseberry, tropical fruit, citrus and fresh green fruit.

Food Pairings
Pair with lemon and herb chicken, grilled chicken salad, roast chicken with crispy potatoes or chicken skewers with a fresh yoghurt dressing. The gooseberry and tropical fruit notes help brighten simple chicken dishes without overpowering them.
