This beer pours a deep amber-brown colour with a creamy off-white head and gentle carbonation. The nose reveals rich caramel, toasted malt and a hint of cinnamon spice backed by roasted malt undertones. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied with smooth malt sweetness, warming spice, and a subtle roasted finish that lingers.
Serving Suggestions
Serve chilled between 6 and 8 °C in a goblet or chalice to concentrate aromas and maintain a generous head. It pairs well with roasted meats, stews, aged cheeses or ginger cake, and works beautifully as a comforting winter sipper.
