Chill the beers thoroughly before the barbecue begins.
Serve Warsteiner straight from the bottle or pour it into a pilsner glass. Pour the wheat beers slowly into a tall glass to build a generous foam.
Keep the Warsteiner tongs beside the grill and nominate someone responsible enough to manage both the sausages and the beer supply.
