Pale straw in the glass with a gentle shimmer. The nose is filled with citrus blossom, lime zest and hints of jasmine. On the palate, crisp green apple and lemon are balanced by a touch of natural sweetness, supported by fresh acidity. The finish is lively, refreshing and aromatic, leaving a clean aftertaste.

This Riesling pairs beautifully with fragrant Asian cuisine, especially lightly spiced Thai or Vietnamese dishes. Its balance of acidity and sweetness makes it an excellent match for seafood such as scallops or prawns. Fresh green salads and goat’s cheese also find harmony with its bright fruit character, while fruit-based desserts like lemon tart or apple strudel create a refreshing finish.

Serve well chilled in a white wine glass to bring out its aromatics and freshness. It makes a crisp aperitif and works well with sparkling water or soda to create a lighter spritz. For a seasonal serve, add a slice of lime or sprig of mint to enhance its citrus lift.
