Tasting Notes
Pours: Deep amber with a rich, whisky style colour.
Aroma: Manuka honey, roasted hazelnut, candied orange peel and smoky sandalwood.
Palate: Smooth and fragrant, with warming hazelnut, candied orange, vanilla and honeycomb. The flavour has a soft autumnal richness, with sweet spice and a gentle smoky edge.

Food Pairings
Pair with roasted nuts, mature cheddar, smoked almonds, dark chocolate truffles or sticky toffee pudding. The roasted hazelnut, vanilla and honeycomb notes make it especially good with richer, sweeter flavours.
