Pours a pale blush with soft bubbles. The aroma combines zesty grapefruit and lime zest with a subtle salty tang. On the palate it is bright citrus layered over gentle agave warmth and mineral salt. The finish is clean and bubbly with a beautifully balanced mouthfeel. No harshness, just a fresh and refreshing impression.

Pairs well with Baja fish tacos, queso or nachos, prawns with lime, watermelon and feta salad, or citrus tart. The tart citrus and gentle saltiness make it versatile without overpowering lighter flavours.

Serve ice cold, best enjoyed chilled between 4 °C and 6 °C, straight from the can or in a glass with a slice of grapefruit. Perfect for picnics, poolside moments or any relaxed outdoor occasion.
