ISH Sparkling White is an elegant alcohol free sparkling white wine made from dealcoholised wine. Crafted with Pinot Blanc and Silvaner, it brings a bright, expressive style with citrus, green apple, pear, peach and a soft honey tinged aroma. The wine is demi sec, so it has a gentle touch of sweetness, balanced by clean acidity that keeps it fresh and crisp. It is a polished bottle for celebrations, aperitifs, dinner parties, baby showers or any moment where you want proper sparkle without the alcohol.
Tasting Notes
Pours: Pale golden with a bright sparkle and fine bubbles.
Aroma: Honey tinged notes, citrus, green apple, pear and a hint of peach.
Palate: Fresh and lively, with crisp citrus, green apple and pear leading into softer peach and gentle sweetness. The demi sec style gives it a rounded feel, while the acidity keeps the wine clean, bright and refreshing.
Finish: Crisp and balanced, with lingering pear, citrus and soft orchard fruit.
Food Pairings
