Pours a pale blush pink with a light sparkle. The aroma is bright and citrusy, dominated by fresh grapefruit with an underlying herbal gin note. On the palate it is crisp and juicy, with grapefruit zest and gentle juniper spice in balance. The finish is clean and refreshing with a lingering citrus tang.

Pairs well with smoked salmon, grilled prawns, fresh goat’s cheese salad, citrus-marinated chicken, or watermelon and feta. The zesty citrus character works beautifully with fresh, light and salty dishes.

Serve well chilled, either straight from the can or over ice in a highball glass with a slice of fresh grapefruit. Perfect for picnics, summer gatherings, or as a refreshing aperitif.
