Tasting Notes
Pours: A delicate rosé pink with fine, lively bubbles.
Aroma: Little red fruits, strawberry, raspberry and a gentle hint of blackcurrant.
Palate: Fresh and well balanced, with soft red berry fruit, a gentle sparkling lift and a smooth Pinot Noir rosé character. The bubbles keep it bright, while the fruit gives it a pleasant, rounded feel without becoming heavy.
Finish: Clean, fruity and refreshing, with a light red berry finish.
Food Pairings
