On the palate, it’s tart and fruity, with a clean acidity that cuts through the berry sweetness. The finish is dry and slightly puckering, leaving a crisp, refreshing aftertaste.

Pairs well with rich cheeses like goat’s cheese or blue cheese, which contrast the tartness. Works with dark chocolate desserts or berry compotes for a more indulgent match. Also a natural fit with plant-based charcuterie or grilled aubergine.
