Tasting Notes

Dark brown to near-black with a lasting tan head and fine lacing. The aroma blends roasted malt, dark chocolate, and coffee with a touch of dried fruit. Flavours follow with bold cocoa and espresso up front, balanced by soft plum and burnt sugar. Silky and medium-bodied with gentle carbonation, it ends with a smooth, roasty finish and a touch of bittersweet chocolate.

Serving Suggestions

Serve at 10-12°C in a stout glass. Pour gently to form a creamy head and sip slowly to enjoy the chocolate and roast barley notes.
