Klokk & Co Gringo is an alcohol free Mexican style lager with a fresh lime and ginger twist. Light, crisp and easy drinking, it brings bright citrus refreshment over a pale lager base, with maize adding a soft, lightly sweet touch. The ginger gives it a gentle lift without taking over, making it a lively fridge beer for tacos, seafood, sushi, spicy food and sunny garden drinking.
This is a great choice when you want something lighter than an IPA but with more character than a plain alcohol free lager. Serve it cold and let the lime, maize and ginger do the work.
Tasting Notes
Pours: Pale golden with a bright lager look and a soft white head.
Aroma: Fresh lime, gentle ginger, light malt, maize sweetness and soft hop notes.
Palate: Crisp lager malt comes through first, followed by zesty lime, mild ginger warmth and a clean, refreshing body. The maize gives it a light Mexican lager feel, while the citrus keeps it bright and thirst quenching.
