Klokk & Co NADA is a full bodied alcohol free pale ale from Norway, brewed for proper flavour without the full strength alcohol. It brings pine needle, grapefruit and light citrus notes, balanced by a clean bitterness that keeps it crisp, fresh and easy to drink.
This is a good step up from a simple lager if you want something with more bite. The grapefruit gives it brightness, the pine adds a classic pale ale edge, and the lighter citrus character keeps the finish refreshing. It is a strong fridge beer for pizza, burgers, BBQ food, spicy dishes and relaxed alcohol free drinking.
Tasting Notes
Pours: Golden amber with a light haze and a soft pale head.
Aroma: Grapefruit, pine needle, light citrus, fresh hop character and gentle malt.
Palate: Fresh grapefruit and citrus come through first, followed by pine, soft malt and balanced pale ale bitterness. The body feels fuller than a simple alcohol free lager, while the finish stays clean and refreshing.
Finish: Crisp and lightly bitter, with grapefruit, pine and a clean citrus edge.
Food Pairings
Pair with smash burgers, grilled halloumi, loaded veggie burgers or BBQ chicken skewers. The clean bitterness and grapefruit lift work well with smoky, savoury and grilled flavours.
