It’s fully fermented before gentle de-alcoholisation, preserving a full-bodied profile without heavy tasting notes. Brewed without animal-derived finings and confirmed gluten-free, it contains around 14 kcal per 100 ml. A smooth, rich beer-style option designed for relaxed evenings or pairing with hearty dishes without the alcohol.
