Other Observations

Aside from its great taste, Lucky Saint has built a strong reputation for quality and consistency. It’s vegan-friendly, just 53 calories per bottle, and is often the beer of choice for chefs, bartenders, and beer lovers alike. The brand champions moderation without compromise, and this lager proves that flavour, depth, and satisfaction don’t need to come with alcohol attached.

How To Enjoy

Serve well chilled, around 4–6°C, in a clean lager or pilsner glass to showcase its haze and retain that creamy foam. It’s made for relaxed drinking—whether you’re catching up with mates, winding down after work, or just fancy a proper beer without the buzz. This is an all-occasion lager that delivers every time.
Lucky Saint’s crisp profile and light bitterness make it a brilliant match for food. Pair it with salty bar snacks, pizza, fish and chips, or grilled sausages. It’s also spot-on with roast chicken, grain bowls, or a hunk of mature cheddar. That classic lager sharpness is perfect for cutting through richness while keeping things clean on the palate.

Tasting Notes

In the glass, Lucky Saint pours a hazy golden straw colour with a soft, pillowy white head. The aroma is beautifully balanced—freshly baked bread, lemon zest, and a touch of grassiness from the noble hops. On the palate, it’s crisp and rounded, opening with gentle malt sweetness before giving way to a subtle bitterness and a refreshingly dry finish. The unfiltered nature adds a smooth, almost silky texture that sets it apart from thinner alcohol-free lagers.

    Still My Favourite

Four years ago I decided to switch my beer drinking habit to alcohol-free. It's been a really interesting journey and the pace of growth has been remarkable, when measured by the proliferation of new beers to hit the market.

The first beer that I tried was Lucky Saint. I have tried many other good lagers and IPA's, but I always return to my favourite - Lucky Saint. I can also enjoy it 'on tap' in my local pub and it ticks most of the boxes for flavour, consistency and pairing with various foods.

    Tasty

A nice refreshing alternative to alcoholic lagers and definitely one of the best I've tried for taste, if a tad expensive
