Clear pale gold with a fine stream of bubbles and a soft white foam. On the nose there's light cereal grain, faint hay, and a touch of floral hop. The palate brings soft malt character with a clean, neutral bitterness that keeps things refreshing. Light in body with smooth carbonation and no lingering aftertaste.

Best served fridge-cold in a straight-sided lager glass for a clean pour. Enjoy with a toasted sandwich and fries for a casual lunch. Also works well alongside sushi or cold deli meats as part of a light summer spread.
