Hazy amber with tight carbonation and a loose off-white head. Aromas mix orange zest, pine, and a little stone fruit with some earthy depth. Flavour leans citrus-forward with grapefruit and a soft malty base, followed by a lasting, resinous bitterness. There's enough weight in the body to balance the hops, and the finish is dry with a subtle edge of pith.

Serve slightly chilled in a tulip or IPA glass to capture the aroma fully. Pairs well with a spicy bean burger or curry chips on a Friday night. Try it with mature cheddar and pickles as a casual afternoon snack.
