Mikkeller Burst Free is an alcohol free IPA with bright citrus, orange pith and a playful bubble gum aroma. It is the alcohol free version of Mikkeller’s Burst IPA, keeping the hoppy, juicy character while staying light and easy to drink at 0.3% ABV.
Expect a fresh, modern IPA feel with a light to medium body and a juicy grapefruit bitterness on the finish. It is a cracking choice for IPA fans who want something flavour packed, crisp and refreshing without the alcohol.
Tasting Notes
Pours: Golden with a fresh IPA look and a light head.
Aroma: Bubble gum, fresh citrus, orange pith and grapefruit.
Palate: Bright and hoppy, with citrus fruit, orange peel and a juicy grapefruit edge. The body is light to medium, giving it enough weight for an IPA feel while keeping it clean and refreshing.
Finish: Crisp and bitter, with lingering grapefruit and citrus peel.
Food Pairings
Pair with spicy pepperoni pizza, loaded nachos, chicken wings or burgers with melted cheese and pickles. The citrus bitterness cuts through rich, salty food and keeps the pairing fresh.
It also works well with fish tacos, grilled halloumi, veggie kebabs, Thai green curry, chilli prawns or Korean style cauliflower bites. The grapefruit and orange pith character suits spice, lime, herbs and a little sweetness.

Serving Suggestions
