Pours nearly black with a dense tan head and opaque body. Aromas of roasted barley, cocoa, and a faint hint of coffee rise gently from the glass. On the palate, there’s a smooth interplay of dark chocolate, toasted malt, and a touch of dried fruit. Full-flavoured but velvety in texture, finishing with gentle bitterness and a soft roasted warmth.
Serving Suggestions
Serve at 10-12°C in a stemmed stout or tulip glass. Let the head settle and enjoy the roasted coffee and dark chocolate flavours.
