Palate: citrus and pine hop character with balanced malt sweetness and firm bitterness.
Finish: crisp, dry and refreshing with lingering hop bite.

Pairs well with grilled burgers, spicy chicken wings, barbecue dishes, roasted vegetables with chilli and lime, sharp cheddar, loaded fries, pepperoni pizza or lightly spiced curries. The hop bitterness cuts through richness and complements bold flavours.

Serve well chilled in a stemmed IPA or tulip glass to lift the hop aroma. Ideal for evenings when you want something bolder than a lager, or alongside food that can handle a bit of bitterness. Best enjoyed cold and freshly poured.
