Aroma: grapefruit, mango, passionfruit, light pine, citrus peel.
Palate: juicy tropical fruit and citrus up front, followed by soft malt sweetness and a measured hop bitterness.
Finish: clean and lightly dry with lingering citrus notes.

Pairs well with spicy chicken wings, grilled burgers with sharp sauces, fish tacos with lime and slaw, chilli roasted vegetables, loaded fries, salt and pepper squid, jerk style dishes, halloumi wraps, strong cheddar, or blue cheese. The hop bitterness cuts through spice and richness while the citrus notes lift heavier flavours.

Serve chilled and pour into a stemmed IPA or pint glass to lift the hop aroma. Ideal for relaxed evenings, casual social sessions, or when you want something flavourful without overthinking it. Works well as a fridge staple for midweek drinking or alcohol free get togethers. No garnish needed.
