Northern Monk Holy Faith is brewed in the UK and contains 0.5% ABV. It is made with water, malted barley, wheat, oats, maltodextrin, hops and yeast, and is fully fermented then gently dealcoholised to retain character. This unfiltered pale ale is naturally carbonated and dry-hopped with Citra Cryo, El Dorado and Simcoe. Each 100 ml provides approximately 8 kcal and less than 2.5 g of sugar. It contains no animal-derived ingredients.

Tasting Notes

Bright hazy gold with an orange tint and a thick white head. Aromas of mango, pineapple, and citrus leap from the glass, rounded by pine and floral hints. Flavour is juicy and hop-forward, blending peach, grapefruit, and melon with gentle bitterness and a sweet malt cushion. Soft and medium-bodied with tight carbonation, it finishes clean with a lasting fruit and hop balance.

Serving Suggestions

Serve cold in a tulip or IPA glass. Pour gently to form a light head and release the juicy hop aroma. Great as a chilled early-evening refreshment.
