Noughty Rosé is a dealcoholised still rosé made from 98% Chenin Blanc and 2% Pinotage, using fruit from dry land farmed vineyards in the Western Cape. The wine is fermented cool for 14 days, left on lees for two months, then dealcoholised under vacuum with spun cone technology to help retain body, colour and flavour. It drinks in a clean, elegant Provence style, so it feels much more like a proper bottle of rosé than a soft drink pretending to be wine. It is also gluten free, which makes it an easy option for a lot of customers looking for a polished alcohol free rosé.

Tasting Notes
Pale and delicate in the glass, with a bright nose of summer berries and fresh apricot. On the palate it is light, balanced and gently dry, with soft fruit and a lingering finish that keeps it feeling grown up rather than sugary.
Food Pairings
This style suits light salads, grilled vegetables, seafood, simple pasta dishes and picnic food. It also works well with Mediterranean plates and soft cheeses, where the fresh fruit and tidy acidity can do a bit of lifting without taking over.
Serving Suggestions
Serve well chilled in a wine glass, straight from the fridge. This is a strong aperitif style rosé, but it also works nicely for relaxed lunches, sunny afternoons and those moments when you want something crisp and wine led without going anywhere near alcohol.
