Noughty Sparkling Rosé is a dealcoholised sparkling rosé made from 100% organic Tempranillo grapes grown in La Mancha, southern Spain. The base wine is made in stainless steel, then dealcoholised with vacuum distillation and lightly carbonated to keep its freshness and character. It is organic, vegan and gluten free, with 4g of sugar per 100ml, making it a polished alcohol free option for celebrations, aperitifs and easy food pairing. If you want a bottle that feels grown up, crisp and properly wine led, this is a very strong choice.
