Noughty Sparkling White is a dealcoholised sparkling Chardonnay made from 100% organically grown grapes grown in southern Spain. The base wine is made in stainless steel, then dealcoholised by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery before being lightly carbonated, which helps it keep a clean wine character rather than feeling soft or flat. It is organic, vegan, halal and gluten free, with low sugar, so it works well for customers who want something crisp, grown up and celebration ready without the alcohol.
