Pale gold in colour with a light natural haze and soft white foam. The aroma bursts with grapefruit peel, lime zest and a touch of pine. Taste is clean and citrus-led, with a sharp bitter finish and hints of tropical fruit underneath. Light in body with bright carbonation and a satisfyingly dry close.

Ideal with grilled halloumi, fish tacos or fried chicken. Pairs nicely with tangy cheddar, salty snacks or anything with a chilli kick.

Serve cold from the bottle or pour into a tulip glass to open up the aromatics. Perfect for summer drinking, fridge sessions or anyone cutting back without cutting flavour.
