Tasting Notes

Pale straw in the glass with a light haze and quick-settling head. Aroma leads with fresh gooseberry, white grape and a hint of citrus peel. Flavour is tart and juicy with the natural acidity of gooseberry balanced by subtle malt sweetness and a dry finish. Light-bodied and well-carbonated, with a tangy, thirst-quenching mouthfeel.

Food Pairings

Goes well with soft goat’s cheese, grilled asparagus or herby chicken. Also pairs nicely with sushi, pickled veg, or sharp green salads.

Serving Suggestions
