Dark mahogany with a tan head and soft carbonation. Aromas of roasted malt, cocoa and smoked wood rise from the glass. On the palate, rich malt sweetness meets balanced roast bitterness, with undertones of coffee, dark chocolate and a clean, smoky finish that lingers pleasantly.

Pairs beautifully with chargrilled meats, smoked cheese, roasted vegetables, or dark chocolate desserts. Its smoky depth also complements barbecue flavours, stews and earthy mushroom dishes.

Best served at 8–10°C in a tulip or snifter glass to allow the roasted and smoky aromas to open. Ideal for slow evenings, barbecues, or pairing with rich, hearty dishes.
