Deep purple in colour with a soft haze and low carbonation. The aroma is full of ripe berries, vanilla and sweet fruit puree. Flavour is rich and tangy with raspberry and blueberry leading into creamy marshmallow and tropical pineapple. Mouthfeel is thick and smooth with a juicy, sweet-sour finish.

Pairs well with berry crumble, panna cotta or soft cheeses. Also great with cheesecake, marshmallow desserts or fruity sorbets.

Serve chilled in a stemmed glass or tumbler to enhance the aroma and colour. Best enjoyed as a dessert drink or an indulgent treat when you're after bold flavour without the alcohol.
