On the palate, it’s full-bodied and rich, offering deep chocolate, toasted nuts, burnt sugar, and subtle bitterness. The finish is long and warming, despite the low ABV, with lingering dessert notes and a soft roast edge. Mouthfeel is smooth, dense, and almost syrupy without being cloying.

Best with dark chocolate torte, pecan pie, aged cheddar, chocolate-dipped pretzels, or vanilla ice cream. The richness holds up against dessert and cheese alike, offering both contrast and complement.
