Omnipollo Omnipollos Tokyo IPA is a non alcoholic IPA from Omnipollo in Sweden. Originally brewed to celebrate the brewery’s Tokyo bar, this alcohol free version keeps the beer crisp, bright and easy drinking. It has a crystal clear look, a slim sessionable body and a big pineapple aroma, with very low bitterness for a smooth, refreshing finish. At 0.5% ABV, it is a great choice when you want something sharp, modern and hop led without the alcohol.
Tasting Notes
Pours: Crystal clear pale gold with a light white head.
Aroma: Pineapple, tropical fruit, light citrus, soft grain and gentle floral hop notes.
Palate: Crisp and slim bodied, with bright pineapple character, light tropical fruit and a clean, refreshing IPA feel. The bitterness is very low, making it smooth and easy drinking while still keeping a fresh hop led edge.
Finish: Clean, light and refreshing, with lingering pineapple and a soft tropical lift.
