Bright pale gold with fine bubbles and a light, airy head. The aroma brings fresh citrus zest and subtle floral hops over a clean malt base. Flavour is crisp and slightly bitter, balancing lemon peel with soft grain and a touch of sweetness. Light-bodied with gentle carbonation and a smooth mouthfeel. The finish is brisk and dry, leaving a clean impression.
