Pours a deep ruby colour. The aroma unfolds with ripe plum, black cherry, and blackberry layers, nuanced by delicate herbal undertones. On the palate it is smooth and well-balanced, with juicy dark fruit, soft tannins, and a touch of vanilla spice for a velvety finish.

Pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, hearty stews, roasted pork, and aged cheeses such as Swiss, Parmesan, or Gruyère. Its soft tannins and fruity core provide a satisfying match to rich savoury dishes.

Serve at around 14–16 °C in a red wine glass to unlock its full depth and complexity. Perfect for cosy evenings, elegant dinners, or whenever a thoughtful alcohol‑free red is desired.
