Pale gold in the glass with fine carbonation and a soft white head. The aroma is clean and subtle with grainy malt and light floral hops. Flavour is balanced and classic, with smooth malt, grassy hop notes and a dry finish. Mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing with a clean, light bitterness.

Pairs well with grilled bratwurst, soft pretzels, light salads or fish and chips. Also good with mild cheeses or salted snacks.

Serve well chilled in a tall lager glass. Ideal with lunch, sunny afternoons or any moment where you want a classic German lager without the alcohol.
