Pours deep brown to black with a dense, creamy head.
Aroma: roasted malt, coffee, cocoa, subtle toast.
Palate: smooth roasted flavours with coffee and dark chocolate, gentle bitterness and very low sweetness.
Finish: clean and softly drying with lingering roast notes.

Pairs well with slow cooked beef stews, mushroom and lentil pies, rich mushroom risotto, mature cheddar or stilton, dark chocolate brownies, coffee flavoured desserts, roasted root vegetables, or grilled portobello mushrooms.

Serve well chilled and pour firmly into a pint or stout glass to activate the nitro and build a thick, creamy head. This is a great slow sipper for relaxed evenings, film nights, or when you want something darker without committing to alcohol. It works especially well as a post dinner drink, offering richness without heaviness. Best enjoyed on its own or alongside food rather than as a thirst quencher.
