The mouthfeel is smooth and rounded with a clean finish that feels close to a traditional whiskey style without the heat.

Sobour Double Wood works well served over a single large ice cube to let the vanilla and oak open up slowly. It also pairs nicely with a splash of quality ginger ale and a twist of orange peel for a simple long drink. For a richer serve, you can use it as the base for a zero alcohol Old Fashioned by stirring it with a little sugar syrup and a cherry to finish.
