Pours deep red with a light effervescence. The aroma shows bitter orange, herbs and spice. On the palate it is bold and complex, with bittersweet citrus, earthy botanicals and gentle bubbles. The finish is long, dry and satisfying.

Pairs well with olives, cured meats, bruschetta, grilled vegetables or hard cheeses. The bittersweet herbal character enhances rich and savoury foods.

Serve chilled straight from the bottle or pour over ice in a rocks glass with an orange slice. Perfect as an aperitif or an alcohol free alternative to the classic Negroni.
