Pours a deep ruby red with a frothy pink head. The aroma shows ripe cherries and hints of red fruit. On the palate it is sweet and fruity with cherry dominant flavour balanced by light malt and a refreshing tartness. The finish is clean with lingering cherry notes.

Pairs well with chocolate cake, cheesecake, roasted duck, soft cheeses or berry desserts. The fruity cherry character complements both rich and sweet dishes.

Serve well chilled in a tulip or chalice glass to enhance the fruit aromas. Ideal as a refreshing aperitif, summer drink or light dessert companion.
