Pairs well with citrus dressed salads, lime and coriander tacos, tempura prawns or vegetable fritters, light pizzas with fresh tomato and herbs, creamy goat cheese or feta salad, ceviche, grilled fish with lemon, or zesty chicken skewers. The citrus and acidity lift spice and cut through richer flavours while remaining refreshing.

Serve well chilled and pour gently into a tulip or pale ale glass to capture the aromatic citrus notes and lively carbonation.
