Pours pale straw with clear reflections. The aroma shows crisp apple, pear and citrus with a touch of white blossom. On the palate it feels fresh and smooth, offering gentle orchard fruit, lemon zest and a subtle hint of melon. The acidity is clean and balanced, leading to a light, refreshing finish that makes it very easy to drink.

Pairs well with seafood, grilled chicken, sushi, salads, mild curries or soft cheeses. The crisp fruit and clean acidity cut through light dishes and enhance fresh flavours. For something sweet, try it with citrus tarts or pear based desserts.

Serve well chilled in a white wine glass. Great as an aperitif, with dinner or as a simple glass to unwind with at the end of the day. If you want a lighter serve, add a splash of sparkling water and a twist of lemon. It also works well in summer spritzes or alcohol free wine cocktails.
