On the palate, it opens with sharp citrus and tangy lemon, then moves into juicy orange, soft peachy fruit and a gentle tropical hop note over the sour base. The finish is bright, tart and juicy, with a refreshing citrus snap that keeps you going back for another sip.

Try it with grilled prawns, fish tacos, salty halloumi, crispy chicken burgers or lemon drizzle cake.
