Brewed in collaboration with Vault City, it takes a mixed fermentation sour base and layers in Sicilian lemons, lemon zest and fresh orange juice for a proper sharp, refreshing hit. Krush T90 and Azacca Cryo hops add tropical and stone fruit notes, which round out the tartness nicely and stop it feeling one note. Pours hazy yellow with a soft white head. Aroma brings fresh lemon zest, orange juice, tropical fruit, stone fruit and a light hop lift. On the palate, it opens with sharp citrus and tangy lemon, then moves into juicy orange, soft peachy fruit and a gentle tropical hop note over the sour base. The finish is bright, tart and juicy, with a refreshing citrus snap that keeps you going back for another sip.
