Pours pale gold with a lively white head. Aroma brings fresh bread, grassy hops, light spice and a touch of floral bitterness. On the palate, it is crisp and clean with soft biscuit malt, noble hop character, gentle herbal notes and a dry, refreshing bitterness running through it. The finish is bright, snappy and lasting, with that classic pils style fizz and a neat bitter edge.

Try it with grilled sausages, fish and chips, schnitzel, salted pretzels or a simple margherita pizza.

Serve well chilled in a tall lager glass or pilsner glass to keep it sharp and lively. It is made for sunny afternoons, easy catch ups and those moments when only a proper crisp lager will do. A simple salty snack on the side would not hurt either.
