This sparkling rosé pairs beautifully with smoked salmon blinis, beetroot and goat’s cheese tart, or a crisp salad with melon and prosciutto. Try it with grilled prawns, vegetable antipasti, or soft cheeses with fruit chutney. For dessert, it complements berry pavlova, strawberry tarts, or white chocolate mousse.
