Soft pink in colour with a still, clear appearance. Aromas of strawberry and red apple skin lead the way, with a touch of citrus peel. The flavour is dry and bright, showing subtle summer fruit over a clean, mineral finish. Light-bodied and easy on the palate, with a refreshing, crisp mouthfeel and no sweetness clinging to the edge.

Enjoy with grilled courgette and feta salad, tomato and basil tart, or herbed couscous with lemon dressing. It works well with cold pasta salad, baked goat’s cheese, or a mezze board with olives and roasted peppers. Try with fruit skewers or a slice of peach galette for a fresh finish.

Serve chilled in a white or rosé wine glass straight from the fridge. Makes a relaxed companion to salads, grilled vegetables, or simple Mediterranean plates. Also pours well as a solo glass at lunchtime or during a quiet evening outside.
