Pours a deep ruby red with a clear rim and slow-moving legs in the glass. The nose opens with soft red berries, gentle spice, and a touch of oak. On the palate, it's rounded and smooth, offering plum, cranberry, and subtle earthy notes with just a hint of acidity to lift it. Light to medium in body with a dry finish and no lingering sweetness.

This alcohol free red pairs beautifully with wild mushroom risotto topped with parmesan or a hearty lentil cottage pie layered with creamy mash. It’s just as at home alongside roasted root vegetables with herby lentils and a spoonful of crème fraîche, or grilled aubergine finished with a drizzle of tahini. For something softer, try it with baked camembert and warm crusty bread, or round off the evening with dark chocolate and a handful of cherries.

Serve at room temperature in a large-bowled glass to allow the aromas to open. Ideal with mushroom risotto or herby roast chicken. Pairs well with lentil stew or a roasted vegetable tart on cooler evenings.
