Weekend Project Dawn Wall is a hazy alcohol free IPA brewed in collaboration with We Can Be Friends, built for drinkers who like a softer, fruitier hop profile. It uses Dolcita and Mosaic Cryo hops for a juicy, modern character that leans into candied fruit, berries and a gentle touch of peach. There is a dank edge running through it too, which keeps it feeling properly beer led rather than overly sweet. A very good alcohol free choice if you want something hazy, expressive and a bit more playful than a standard IPA.

Tasting Notes
Pours hazy pale gold with a soft white head. Aroma brings candied sweets, mixed berries, peach and a dank hop lift. On the palate, it is juicy and rounded, with sweet citrus, berry notes and soft peach layered over a hazy hop base with a gentle resinous edge. The finish is fresh, fruity and lightly dank, with enough bitterness to keep it balanced.
Food Pairings
Try it with spicy chicken tacos, loaded nachos, grilled halloumi, fried chicken burgers or roasted vegetable pizza.
Serving Suggestions
Serve properly chilled in an IPA glass or stemmed beer glass to let the aroma open up.
