Made exclusively from 100% Zweigelt grapes, it is matured in oak to develop depth and character before undergoing gentle vacuum distillation to remove the alcohol while preserving its natural structure and bouquet. The result is a refined and expressive dry red wine with aromas of blackberry, black cherry and vanilla, supported by soft tannins and subtle spice. Elegant, balanced and deeply satisfying, it captures the essence of Austrian winemaking in a completely alcohol free form.
