Appearance: Deep amber brew with warm wood tones.
Aroma: toasted oak, barrel wood, subtle spice.
Palate: rich woody flavour with the character of whisky casks.
Finish: smooth and warming with lingering oak.

Works well alongside dark chocolate, mature cheese, biscuits or shortbread, savoury snacks such as pretzels, or rich desserts like sticky toffee pudding. The woody flavour pairs particularly well with sweet or salty treats.

Brew one sachet with freshly boiled water and allow it to steep for around 8 to 10 minutes to develop the full aroma. It can be enjoyed hot as a warming drink, particularly in the evening. A small touch of honey or lemon can soften the wood character if desired.
