It pours a soft golden hue with a slight haze and tight carbonation. The aroma leads with ripe peach skin and light cereal malt. On the palate, the peach note is fresh and natural, adding sweetness without overpowering the clean lager base. A hint of citrus and light hop bitterness round things out before a crisp, dry finish. The body is light and well-structured, giving it a proper beer feel despite the fruit infusion.

Works with grilled chicken and apricot glaze, peach and burrata salad, spicy tofu stir fry, prosciutto and melon, or lemon and almond cake. The peach accent complements savoury-sweet flavours and balances spice without clashing.
